SANJOSE, Antique –Two convicts released from the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) in Muntinlupa City underthe Good Conduct Time Allowance (GCTA) law, have surrendered to theirrespective police stations here in the province. The otherconvict, a 56-year-old GCTA beneficiary from Patnongon, was charged withhomicide and frustrated homicide. “The GCTAbeneficiary, however, surrendered to the Culasi police station last September 6upon hearing the order of President Duterte,” he said.
