Qualifications: A successful candidate will play an active role in FMU’s existingacademic success. This full-time position will be responsible forthe data collection and quality assurance of the enrollmentprocess, in compliance with eligibility for the office of financialaid. Performs routine analysis and calculations in the processingof data for recurring internal reports.Essential Functions: Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of best practices in enrollment management and arecord of success in increasing enrollment as well as net tuitionrevenue.Ability to handle information of sensitive and confidentialnature in the utmost professional manner.Effective analytical and decision-making skills. Excellentcommunication (oral and written), organizational, and timemanagement skills. Effective interpersonal skills and ability towork with diverse constituents.Attention to detail and adaptability to a changing environmentis extremely important as well as dependability.Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, initiative,resourcefulness, and personal accountability.Moderate physical activity. Database Management: data entry, quality assurance and databasequeries. Records and monitors required data into an integratedstudent database.Manage files and other documents and ensures accurateprogression of completed files throughout the admissionprocess.Reviews electronic applications and information for accuracyand completeness prior to loading into the Power Campusdatabase.Creates and maintains manual and computerized records;recordkeeping systems and ensures that all records are completed,accurate and up-to-date.Responds to inquiries and serves as a liaison with otherdepartments and operating units in the resolution of day-to-dayadministrative and operational problems. Organizes workload toensure deadlines are met; schedules work assignments by order ofpriority and date received.Resolves routine application processing problems andcoordinates the resolution and/or referral of specificpolicy-related and procedural queries and problems.Work with our database vendor and be able to communicateexactly what kind of help is needed.The omission of specific duties does not preclude thesupervisor from assigning duties that logically relate to theposition.
